Ice climbers from all over the world come to this location to climb the perfect manmade ice. A kind of sprinkler system runs along a canyon edge, making beautiful blue walls the climb. The park is free and open to public use. Every year they have the Ouray Ice Festival, this year it's January19 - 22, so there is still time to get there.
