Last weekend I photographed the Second Annual Logan Andrew Stewart Memorial Golf Tournament at The Broadlands Golf Course in Broomfield. The event is put on by Walk With Me, a nonprofit. “Walk With Me is devoted to giving practical, financial and emotional support to families who are learning to live in the wake of their child’s death prior to or shortly after birth. It is our mission to provide refuge for grieving families and help them break through barriers that stand in the way of hope.” The organization was founded by my daughter Jamie and her husband Andy, after the death of their son Logan, who lived less then an hour.

Below are more photos from this event

If you have any questions or would like to make a donation you can contact Jamie or Andy on the organization's web page, www.walkwithme-nonprofit.org.

They now have a little boy named Sully, almost 2 and a little girl, named Emersyn is on her way.

Thank you for your support and God Bless

There were more then the Preseid meteor shower lighting up the Guanella Pass area, early Thursday  morning. It was peak time and the top of the pass was pretty crowed. With a lot of cars coming and going, light pollution was a problem. Along with that, mountain hikers had on headlamps, planes and satellites were streaking in the ski. Instead of getting upset I decided to use the light for my photos.

Below is a collection of images from that night.

car heahlights

Plane lights

lights from Denver
car rear lights
headlamps from climbers

brake lights

Colorado, Cool Looking Cloud in Evergreen, August 10,2015.

I photographed this cloud, last night, off the back deck of my Evergreen home. Many photos have been taking from this location but this is by fare the coolest cloud I have seen in the 25 years living here.
