A crowd of 75,000 people march down 17th Street Monday morning May 1, 2006 in Denver. They were there to show support for a National Day of Action and marched to the Capital building for a rally.

Columbine High School Shooting, Littleton, Colorado, Flash Back - 4/20/2000.



  This photo was taking on April 20th, 2000, on the one year anniversary of the Columbine High School shootings. I used a 500 mm lens, it gave the students privacy and still permitted me to capture this image.

This photo was shot at the duck lake in Washington Park, Denver, Colorado. The lake was being dredeged and the cormorants, who were in the process of building nests, were pulling all kind of things out of the muddy bottom. This knife is going to give this bird a sharp nest.
