Ken Papaleo: X Marks the Shot: Colorado's Grand Mesa Scenic Byway, Fall Colors.

Colorado's Grand Mesa Scenic Byway, Fall Colors.

"X Shot" information.
Camera - Canon EOS 5D Mark II
ISO - 400
Shutter - 1/40 sec.
F/stop - 22
Lens - 16/35 zoom

These photos were shot about two weeks ago on Colorado's Grand Mesa Scenic Byway. The Aspens were real nice and with all the rain, the grass was still green.  I was on the wester slope and heard that this area was near peak, so I checked it out. Everything looked great during a late afternoon shoot. I would think this area for fall colors is over but you might check out Ridgway and the Dallas Divide are now.
